Mr. Serotobale Phala became increasingly interested in environmental protection which birthed his passion for environmental health and sustainability. The issue of waste in Pretoria is a pivotal one for Mr. Serotobale Phala as he knew that this issue was connected to other significant environmental concern facing the country today. Ba-Binanoko Trading Enterprise (Pty) Ltd was incorporated to address the issue of pollution which has led us to our current global warming crisis.
Mr. Serotobale Phala is a seasoned and accomplished entrepreneur. He has completed the advanced Certificate in Small Business Enrichment Programme (University of Johannesburg) and currently study Entrepreneurship Specialization with Wharton, The University of Pennsylvania.
